     Trick 03: By Changing Proxy Setting     

Step 01. Visit proxylist.hidemyass.com

Step 02. Randomly copy any IP Address and Port (Simultaneously)

Step 03. Go to Start > Run > Type 'Configure Proxy Server' and hit enter

Step 04. Go to Connection > Setting 

Step 05. Now select manual proxy configuration and paste the IP to the Address and port to Port than click OK button.

Step 06. Open any browser and start surfing the site you like.
